  • To support the Cost Control Manager with year end reporting deadlines and milestones.
  • To support the audit team with accurate records and schedules in relation to the cost and management accounting section.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the FCID (Forecasting Control ID) register to ensure all sales opportunities, costs, and performance obligations are accurately tracked end-to-end in D365 and the NEC XON Forecasting system.
  • Process and monitor cost postings to the FCID Work in Progress (WIP) accounts, including transactions originating from Procure-to-Pay (PTP), creditors, warehouse, and other cost centres.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of revenue recognition entries to the Controllership Division for processing on D365, ensuring all supporting documentation and BU-approved project budgets are in place prior to submission.
  • Support the processing and reconciliation of contract liabilities (deferred revenue) for support, maintenance, and advance billing scenarios in accordance with IFRS 15 and the NEC XON policy.
  • Compile monthly cost and gross profit reports per FCID, tracking forecasted GP% against actuals and flagging material variances to the Cost Control Manager.
  • Liaise with Account Managers, Business Unit representatives, and the OTR (Order to Receipt) team to obtain and verify supporting documentation for performance obligation sign-off.
  • Adhere to the segregation of duties requirements between the Business Finance Division and the Controllership Division as defined in the Revenue Recognition Policy.
