Main purpose of the job
We are seekingexperienced and dynamic Key Account Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and company success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that align with client goals and drive revenue growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop account plans that outline objectives, strategies, and action plans for each client. Continuously assess market trends and industry developments to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting the full range of products and services offered by the company. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pricing strategies that meet client needs and company objectives.
Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms are favourable for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate efforts that enhance client experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
Client Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reporting to clients on performance metrics, account activities, and progress toward goals. Use data driven insights to demonstrate the value delivered and identify areas for improvement
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the Fintech, Enterprise, and Telecommunication sectors. Translate this knowledge into actionable strategies that benefit clients and the company.
Qualifications and Experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (5-7 years) in account management, sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
