NEC XON is looking for a passionate Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to join our sales team under the Retail Division. The Sales Executive's / Key Account Manager’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Main purpose of the job
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer requirements.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their business requirement and or concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members / divisions to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams / divisions
Skills and Experience required
Knowledge/ Competencies
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Experience
Proven FMCG experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role - +/- 5 years
Added advantage would be Sales within a Retail environment
Qualifications
Relevant qualification Diploma / Degree in Sales (Preferred but not mandatory)
